I freaking hated this place I had a party here last week and they over charge me on top of it they gave me the wrong cake. Now I have to wait for my money to get back in my debit after I spend over 500$ when all I get was the float or air package. They charge $33 on under 4 y/o children's
It was a great place to go with my friends, when we have parties we go to dodgeball, and eat at the vending machines. Its a really fun place to spend your time
I had a fabulous time there at "Get Air"! The trampoline quality and the obstacle courses were super awesome and fantastic! The referees kept everyone safe, and let everyone have fun too! Keep up the awesome work to keep this really cool place jumping! Literally! :D
Went there with my daughter of 3 years old. and we were playing near to basket area , (b4 the big square that separates the basket area from the jump area) because had nobody over there playing and I was playing in front of my daughter and she was at the last jumping square , behind of her was the “ side walk” .. so everyone who was coming towards us “ had” to pass over me to “ hit” my child. So the kid who works there approached me and said we couldn’t stay there Bc of my child’s age but we could play in the basket court ( where had 5 boys bigger that my child playing , kicking the basket ball etc) I said to the guy “ the chance of she being hit is greater there where had those kids than here where had nobody.. and also nobody told that I couldn’t play over here where I at with her .. so went to talk to the manager , guess what ? The manager was the one who sold me the tickets me and didn’t mention that I couldn’t play in the area where I was . So he said I had to go to the kids area or to basket court ( where had the boys playing ) . I told him that he sold me the tickets(4 me and my daughter) and he didn’t say anything about that .. and if I go to the kids area I couldn’t play with my child and where I was with her she couldn’t play Bc of her age. I confronted him saying I was over 40 probably double of his age and I was very aware about the security of my child .. that place I was b4 ( b4 the big square ) had no jump place behind of us .. and I was in front of my child and mathematically the chance of she being hit there was lower than the basket court where those 5 big kids were. And the kids area had so many lil ones and she was bigger than some of ones there and some of the bigger kids were running through the area .. again chance were higher of she hitting someone smaller than her or of being hit for someone bigger who was running through the kids area ... and I couldn’t play at all with her over there . . After that , he didn’t give my money back as I had requested ( at that point I was letting my daughter plays by her self ) . So be aware of that .. if you are planning to play with your child and it is a toddler you WONT be able to play with it and they WONT tell you until you have bought the ticket .
This place is a lie. We came here and it was filled with more than 100 people. We called and they said that we had hardly no people here, but yet this place is a completely waste of anyone's time.
