The absolute worst experience during buying or servicing the car, in the last 20 years. Dishonest dealer who commits to something, but refuses to honor the deal when time comes to it. Nothing but runaround during the purchase and now they backed out on the promised first free oil service. Never will deal with them again and suggest to anyone who is looking for an Audi, to stay away from this place!!!
All the guys in the service bay when you drive in are Great! Very professional. The service definitely matches the quality of the car.
I leased and Audi A6 and came in to Audi Freehold to finance the remainder of my lease. I ran into an issue with one of the sales representatives here and was extremely dissatisfied with what had taken place. Without getting into detail, I am writing this review to say that Richard Majewski, General Manager, jumped in immediately and worked personally with me to insure that my experience was a good one. We resolved the issue to my satisfaction and I could not have been more pleased with Richard and the way he handled the error. I will certainly be back to this dealership when shopping for my next Audi vehicle and that is 100% due to the way Richard handled this situation. Thank you, Richard and I'll see you again soon for another Audi!
My Q5 was serviced for two airbag recalls. My AC was working when I dropped off and when I went to pick up it was not blowing any air. The service rep Franco sent it back immediately to the technician who did agree it was working when dropped off. It needed the blower and blower regulator replaced. I was upset to hear this. Franco told me he explained to the manager Chris. They handled all cost of parts and labor at no charge in good faith. I cannot express enough my gratitude for the integrity of this dealership and professionalism. They have earned the respect and future business of this US Army Disabled veteran!

I am not sure I can even adequately express how impressed I was with Patrick Tapke (sales rep) and Denis Carey (sales manager) when I stopped into Ray Catena Audi of Freehold this past weekend. When looking for a new manual transmission car (which are, unfortunately, increasingly hard to find) my options were limited so my search efforts focused on the Audi A4. Despite being a Ray Catena Mecedes Benz customer for 15 years, on the recommendation of a family member, I called another Audi dealer and started my search, ultimately landing on a different Audi model at that dealership. However, the morning I was going to commit to the other dealership, I stopped into Ray Catena Audi of Freehold to see if they might be able to help me since my experiences with Ray Catena dealerships have always been exceptional. I told them I was about to commit to a car from another dealership, but Patrick and Denis moved heaven and earth in trying to find the same model with all the same options for me. Ultimately, they were able to accommodate every request (and at a great price) save for one....the color. Unfortunately, it appeared (literally) there was only one car in the color I wanted which the other dealer had already obtained. Despite all the time, energy and effort they put into trying to accommodate my request, they could not have been more gracious in my decision to stick with my original choice. I left Ray Catena with mixed emotions....thrilled that I was getting the car I wanted, but sad that I wasn't it buying it from Patrick and Denis. However, they will most certainly be my 1st stop next time!
