I called and asked for the process to file a motion pro se and was told by the lady so I did what she said and sent everything to my ex's attorney and then was sent a letter that it was the wrong court, the lady told me the way to file a criminal complaint and I was filing civil and my ex had my whole plan and the lady also told me that I could pick the judge to have the motion seen and that is wrong very incompetent

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to drop off paperwork, where I was told to make a copy of my documents. She told me the copy machine takes change and dollar bills. I put the change in, tried to make my first copy and the paper got jammed. I told the lady at the desk and she told me she couldn't help me because it was not their machine. (It's in their office but can't help!!!!) I told her I need help on getting my document out and she again said I cannot help you. I ended up fixing the jam myself and began making my copies. I then ran out of change and tried to insert my dollar bill. The copier would not take the dollar bill so I asked the cashier ( a different person now) to change my dollar for 4 quarters because it took the change fine and she told me she is not allowed to give change. I told her that I have no change and need to make my copies and if she has change in her own purse to help me out and exchange the dollar for change. She again said she can not do that! (Why!!!) I took my documents with me and walked around the courthouse asking people if they had change of a dollar. One woman generously offered. I then went back to copier, finished making copies and went to cashier to hand her paperwork. She takes a look and says I don't have all the paperwork needed. (I had just taken the staple out of the packet to make copies from the packet that was given to me from a different department, who said here is the packet just fill it out all pages.)I was telling her how could it not be all the papers when they are the ones who had just handed it to me. She looked once more and realized SHE WAS WRONG and that I had all the right stuff. She had a terrible attitude towards me. why have a copier in the office to then tell me they can not help me because it is not theirs! Why have a copier that takes change and not offer any change for someone who doesn't have coins but dollar bills! SO DISAPPOINTED! They need to be a little nicer to people!!! If they don't like their job and want to be nasty they should quit!
