One of the most un-personable doctor offices around. Met five people and they were all unpleasant. It's like an assembly line here. Lots of paperwork. Each person is only able to do one thing. The doctor was obviously having a bad day. I know because my appointment was TWO HOURS late. None the less he asked me about four questions and said you probably need surgery. I was barely able to say what happened. So overall it was not a pleasant experience. One more thing. I waited on the phone for 50 minutes to make an appointment. I am not sure how it is possible that others rated this place so high unless of course they were high on pain medications.
UNBELIEVABLE that anyone could give this place 5 stars. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes to be put on hold again. My son broke his wrist and they are giving me and appointment in 5 days. How would they like to walk around with a broken wrist for 5 days. Horrible people. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy
Wrong diagnosis ! Suffered for three months with physical therapy and cortisone inj..Finally my daughter took me to ER and cat scan showed two fractures.instead of original diagnosis of arthritis! Bad doctor changed to another group and had surgury!
If arrogance and sexist comments are your thing, this is your place. You'll find it in spades at their Freehold location at no extra charge! Pain management relief is a long, arduous process to wade through. Getting inconsistent diagnoses is another strong suit of theirs. I gave up and am researching other orthopaedic specialists. Should have given into the initial "V-8 moment" or listened to other friends' similar comments. You live and learn.
Outstanding experience regarding the entire spectrum of care. I had ACL reconstruction and the entire process from consultation to surgery to rehab and follow up visits have been a seamless process. Very impressed with the level of time the physician spent with me regarding the details of my care. In addition the entire back office operation has been equally impressive. My overall experience with the practice has been remarkable.
