The salesman, Phil, was very arrogant and unfriendly -- a complete opposite to the image of "helpful and friendly employees" described in other customers' reviews. I wound-up going to the office manager, Peter Clark, and complaining about Phil.
Small but nice showroom with a pretty good selection of brands. Supply house has a good supposed of plumbing and HVAC supplies. Better than the depot for sure.
