First time I went into the office and was seen by a doctor I believe is no longer there, I was so uncomfortable and felt as if I was being judged by her while answering simple questions during an annual. The last time I had gone in for an appointment I was seen by a midwife who was awesome. However, the receptionists are awful, and have horrible attitudes. Both times I have been there I waited almost three hours before being seen. I called recently to schedule my third appointment with them (this is now the third year) and they told me I was seen by a different doctor than I could recall. I am 22 years old and definitely do not have memory problems. I know who I was seen by considering I remember distinct details of our conversations during the visit that certainly hold true. The receptionist continued to tell me I was seen by the doctor that signed off on the chart- I believe that, however I am very concerned with the fact that it was 100% a different person than who they say. Sketchy business.
She was devoid of humor when i giggled and said that was too fast to understand...
I was looking for a kind and caring obgyn and that’s what I got. Dr.Robbins was so sweet and personable and when she did my exam I didn’t feel anything. Great experience! -Lana
I was lucky to get an appointment the very next day (or so I thought). I had to ask which doctor, she answered as if it was an imposition to even tell me.
I hung up. Didn't feel right about this. I want a doctors office that cares - just a teeny bit - about their patients, not treat us like a conveyor belt of billable humans...
I made an appointment. She was curt and had really no compassion whatsoever (not that I needed it, but jeez ya dont have to cut me off to fill out your form before I finish each word....)
Absolutely awful. I went in for my first visit, and was prompted to do blood work. About 3 days later, the midwife calls me to let me know to call her back immediately (which makes things sound very urgent) and leaves me the general phone number to call. Getting hold of these people is ridiculous, because you will be on hold for about 30 minutes and need to speak to about 4 different people for the receptionist to tell you the midwife is not in yet. The thing that freaks me out the most is if it were something extremely serious, how on earth are you expected to reach someone? It is just an awful practice, and I highly recommend avoiding.
Great doctors!! Especially doctor Jones. She's very patient and listens to you. She's very experienced. The only thing is that sometimes the waiting time is long. You get there early or on time and end up just sitting and waiting. But it's worth it.
I was looking for a new Gyn and figured this was close to home and in network. I called to make an appt and was on hold so long that it dropped me into voice mail (estimated at least 10 minutes listening to a loop of their office services and advertising that made me want to blow my brains out). I left a message to get a call back. 4 hours later I called back again. The call was answered after about 8 minutes on hold, and the office staff who answer spewed something out so fast that I could not even understand her.
Checked the google reviews. Read enough that corroborated my experience thus far. Cancelled. I feel like I dodged a bullet with a bad experience. Mayyybe they are decent doctors, but I'm not taking that chance. It looks like a baby-mill from here.
