We had a pretty large party for our daughter (39 kids). We were charged a lot more for the extra kids, which is completely understandable. But I'm not sure where the money went, because they couldn't manage it and did not staff it appropriately. The kids had fun but it was chaotic and a lot of responsibility fell to the hosts and other parents in the party room. I completed a survey very candidly and sent a very detailed email and heard nothing back. We've been to parties that are great here, but if you have a large group, this is probably not the best option. We paid a lot of money and were very disappointed in the result and the lack of responsiveness.
