Kind of a dump reflecting the general decline of this part of Freehold. There are many good people here, but it’s a changing demographic and the influx of those replacing those who’ve left just aren’t as economically prosperous, and you see it in the shopping here. A mix of shops, some immensely struggling. A lot of commuters park here for day runs into Manhattan (2 hours each way by bus — ouch). While run-down and not well maintained, it seems safe. Just watch out for potholes in the parking lot as you drive through it.

This shopping center consists mostly of empty store fronts. The owners of ShopRite are "supposedly" building a new supermarket to replace the aging supermarket currently there. This is pure community speculation since storefronts have been unoccupied for years and the "landlords" are hell bent on making this "shopping center" look like the South Bronx in the 1980's. If construction was planned, the few remaining leased stores could have their leases bought out and construction could begin reviving a once thriving shopping center to its "glory days." As of now, there is a ShopRite supermarket, a Dollar Store and a ShopRite Liquor Store. There are some other locations like a Dunkin' Donuts where the entire Freehold Township Police Department can be found on any given night between 7 and 9 pm if you need to find a police officer after assaulting the shoppers with their "high speed" license plate scanners purchased with 9/11 dollars to fight "terrorists" to give out parking tickets. The entire shopping experience, while convenient, can be classified as negative due to community neglect and overzealous bored police playing with their expensive toys due to a lack of direction and supervision.

Aisles are very tight and hard to navigate with the number of customers in the store. Selection of food is a high quality.

There is a Shop Rite and huge Shop Rite Liquor store here. The Shop Rite is really old, cramped and poorly laid out. I believe there is a mattress store, dollar store and Pearl eye care place. Pretty much every storefront is empty and the parking lot needs to be completely redone. It's an accident waiting to happen. It's a pretty sad place.

ShopRite is out dated, their prices are average and their sales are great. ShopRite liquors is amazing, they have everything and then some
