I will update this review should anything change. I hope to be able to call tomorrow during business hours, but my wife could go into labor any moment now and that has obviously been my priority.

Front office and back office staff has always been friendly to me and other patients that are there during my appointment. Dr. Meyer is extremely patient and shows true dedication to giving me the best quality care.

I called with a very personal problem that I wanted a male doctor to look at as it was an embarrassing issue I was having. The receptionist decided I was being sexist and demanded why I couldn't see a female doctor and then began to yell at me. This was unbelievably unprofessional and totally inappropriate. As the customer it's my decision who I choose to see and if I want to spend my money at your establishment. I have voted to keep my money and see a different set of doctors who don't have the nerve to chastise a prospective patient on their choices. I would steer clear of these bozos.

I spoke with them about my insurance ahead of time and they assured me the "checkup" would be covered by my insurance. Now over a year later, they send me an invoice for a "preventative checkup" which is exactly what they told me would be covered. At the checkup itself, the doctor did nothing other than ask me about 5 questions and ask me to pee in a cup. He openly told me he had no idea how he was even checking for what I needed. I'm insulted. How do you send a bill over a year later, for the first time, and you specifically told me that my "preventative checkup" would be covered. My wife is 9 months pregnant so I haven't had time to call and refute these charges either.

I called back in and spoke with someone else who nicely allowed me to pay my bill. Good riddance.

Update: I called them and spoke with them and asked why this situation happened and I was told that the employees who told me there would be no charge to me for the "preventative checkup", and she woman on the phone told me that they lied to me at the office. She could not do anything for me, and then I asked her how I could possibly pay the bill, and she hung up on me very rudely.

not sure how to feel.

The appointment process is a little slow. However the office staff is always efficient and courteous. The wait isn't long at all and I never wait more than ten minutes to see a doctor. My total time for any visit is never more than one half hour. Dr. Stoner always takes the time to answer all my questions. I never feel rushed. All in all a very satisfactory experience.
