Poor quality of food. Way over priced. Not at all a place I would recommend to anyone.
This was our first time to a Golden Corral up here. The first was in Orlando and it was great! We figured we would have a similar experience. The food was great, despite the many reviews I've read on Google and yelp. A good variety of food, I wasn't able to try the salad station, I was too full to even get ice cream. My complaints: (1.)The bathroom is beyond disgusting. I think it's a plumbing issue, there's water on the floor and it reeks. (2.)The tables were mostly dirty and we had to walk from one end to the other to find a clean table. (3.) it was overly crowded. It is a Saturday evening, I expect a hit of a crowd but it was difficult just to get to and from the food stations. The waitress we got was friendly and did check up on us, removed our plates and refilled our drinks. Overall, we enjoyed the food and service but we might plan to come when it's not too crowded.
All you can eat... Food is good, kids love it especially desert (chocolate covered strawberries). Saturday and Sunday the price is a little bit higher but the food is better too. Don't forget to ask about the senior discount. The place is roomy and clean, the restrooms are clean as well. Staff is very friendly and courteous, if you see that a dish is missing, you can always ask someone behind the counter, they will refill right away.
Good food. A lot of options. Servers were really busy so only had one refill but the server was the only one for my group. The 4 star is not because of the server but for the lack of adding a server or two to compensate for a large group. The guy had the room plus his own Tables. Still will go as the food choices (along with the Corn and Sliders) were amazing.
I have been to Golden Corral when I've been down in the southern states. I expected the same. I was sorely disappointed. The food wasn't horrible tasting, however, the restaurant itself seemed dingy and my wife and I almost turned around and left. Almost. I wish I had a time machine so I could walk out. My wife has been up all night sick to her stomach and all that that brings. I have been sick to my stomach and while not quite all that my wife had, I've been punished in the other obvious way. We can only guess that there was a lack of cleanliness about the place that wasn't entirely visible. It's going to be a long day. I only gave one star because google wouldn't let me post without it.
