So glad I found this shop. John is friendly, very knowledgeable about bikes and patient about answering questions. He did a great job (on short notice, I might add) of prepping by 16-year-old Honda Shadow 1100 for a 2,000-mile ride. Bike ran great. I'll be taking my Honda and my old Harley Sportster to Cycle Passions from now on.
John checked out my first bike prior to me purchasing it, and he will do all my bike maintenance going forward, as even a brief first meeting left a lasting impression. He is patient, answers questions, and genuinely cares about the people who come into his shop. He has gained my trust very quickly, and apparently that of many others, as his shop is always busy.
