Awesome experience from start to finish! After a horrific experience with MIDAS where I was grossly overcharged for sloppy, shoddy work, it was great to deal with a company that obviously cares about delivering an excellent customer experience and an even better value. Form my initial phone contact with Joe right up until the moment I walked out the door it was 5-start service. What's more, the price I was quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid and I know the job was a bit tougher that they expected it to be. I highly recommend the team at Meineke and I will be back!

The guys are Meineke are awesome... always so accommodating and friendly. They tell me straight up if I should wait there or drop my car and come back at a certain time which is great so I can plan my day without skipping a beat, usually I get a call saying my car is done before that time. Highly recommended.
I made an appointment for my wife for 7:30 AM via their online system to replace the back section of her exhaust which had broken a day ago. I received an automated response confirming. By 8 AM the shop still wasn't open. Steer clear and use your dealer or the Midas up the street. They got her in immediately.
