Gym is under new ownership and it's the best thing that happened to this place. The new owners are amazing and consider every single persons suggestions to make this the best gym. I am blessed to be a part of this team. We strive to give the best customer service, cleanliness and family atmosphere. If you haven't been in this gym in 2017 I suggest you come in and check out the great changes . We promise to give nothing but positive vibes and energy as you enjoy a work out in this completely updated state of the art facility.
Been coming here for years. Recently got new equipment (squat racks!). Great staff.
Also, the protein shakes are phenominal
My FAVORITE thing about this gym is its cleanliness. This gym is very well maintained and very clean which makes working out here much more comofrtable. Granted, it is a gym but still. Cleanliness make a huge difference.
Let's hope they maintain this cleanliness though throughout the new ownership. 5/5 stars.
LOVE this place. Feels like home. Lots of space on the floor and plenty of areas to stretch. This year they've added TONS of classes and improvements. Best value for the money! Friendly staff always greets me with a "Hey Jimmy" ...and makes me smile and feel important. Thanks Retro Freehold. Keep up the great work!!!

Was at the grand opening. Great to see a family run business with so many enthusiastic employees on hand. Facility looks great, awesome children's area (colorful, fun and safe). Owner's were on hand to answer all question and instructors were readily available to assist you in any way. Definitely not a gym for posers. Great facility and workout. I want to add, nice to have a juice bar that serves delicious and healthy products. Thanks guys.
