Employees are poorly trained. Change in the mortgage cancellation policy regarding the inclusion of a cover sheet and whether or not to charge for that cover sheet on a fixed rate document has not been communicated among employees causing a mortgage cancellation to be returned twice. Even when I included a copy of the statute that specifically says that there is no additional charge for a cover sheet on a fixed rate document. When I called, the person on the other end was rude and ignorant of the pricing policy. Train your employees to circumvent documents being returned, multiple times, because they are not informed.
Wait was not so long. Had to get a certified check for a Passport but to be fair I think it was the federal governments inability to accept card not the clerks office.
