It's been several weeks since i wrote a formal complaint to file to the family division supervisor Mrs. Gabriel about a female mediator who was very rude, nasty and unprofessional, towards males . The mediator was suppose to be a neutral and impartial person . This mediator was trying to overrule the judge's decision.This mediator, doesn't mediate she likes to interrogate instead, on things that the judge has already ruled. My lawyer left several messages to talk to Mrs. Gabriel about my formal complaint which i sends it certified . My lawyers hasn't received no phone call's , she left several messages to call her back , still waiting for a phone call . So if a mediator talks to you disrespectful in a interrogation tone nasty and rude . Well the family division supervisor will never honor a complaint on her mediator working there. So i recommend if you have to go there , record the meeting with the mediator so you can bring the evidence to your lawyer . The funny part this is the Court's system. no star at all. This is my right to write this as a american .
